Education support staff hold great depth and variety of knowledge across many fields; organisational knowledge about how schools run, knowledge about students and their capacities, knowledge about practical work in Science, libraries and manual classes that can enhance student learning and so much more. The IEU wants to build your capacity to communicate this knowledge and expertise to colleagues at your school, colleagues across the state and even to a national IEU audience through the IEU Learning Hub. In this session an expert teacher (at both primary and secondary levels), an experienced TLN presenter will outline some key elements of preparing and presenting a training session. You will be able to use this knowledge and the certificate you achieve to become a presenter for IEU Learning Hub courses for ES staff.
