As unionists we stand and fight in solidarity for a fair and equal world.

First Nations Justice
and Black Lives Matter

We stand in solidarity with First Nations Peoples and their fight for sovereignty and justice. Our Union’s Reconciliation Action Plan was formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia in August 2020 and outlines goals and actions we can take to be better allies and to better support our First Nations members.

Pride Network

We believe that all people deserve the right to live a life free from discrimination. As such, we stand with the LGBTQI+ community. From protesting against the discriminatory Religious Discrimination Bill to tabling at the Midsumma Festival every year we celebrate and respect the queer community.

The union movement

We stand with nearly 2 million working people in the Australian union movement, campaigning for social justice, better working conditions and a fairer future for our families and communities.

Generations of union members won the conditions we have today, and there is much more we can achieve together.
