PD Webinar - Developing collective efficacy for curriculum teams

Collective efficacy refers to the belief held by teachers that working collaboratively in a team environment will lead to better outcomes for students. Senior leaders in schools need to lead in such a way that the whole staff is committed to working collaboratively. This session will focus on the skills, knowledge and disposition that senior leaders need to create a culture in which collective efficacy thrives. The session will focus on how to lead curriculum teams and so will have a secondary orientation, but the skills and knowledge will be transferable to many settings.
