The IEU is invested in Education Support Staff members having control over their own career through developing their knowledge and skills and feeling confident about advancing their career by applying for new roles. In this session an experienced principal, a specialist in application writing, will share their techniques for preparing a high quality resume, writing effective applications and the fundamental skills for interviews. It will be an intense session covering a lot of ground in a short time - so come prepared to take notes. The session will be helpful whether you are looking for a new role at your current school or a role at a different school. It will be specific to Education Support Staff.
