PD Webinar - Supporting the learning of students with Dyslexia

Students with dyslexia will encounter difficulties with reading and spelling, and therefore are more likely to struggle with reading comprehension and vocabulary development. This will impact on the student’s learning capability across all areas of the curriculum. Teachers can create a learning environment and use instructional practices that maximise the learning outcomes for all students, those with and without dyslexia.  This session will focus on strategies that a teacher can use to create that positive learning environment. It will also be helpful for Education Support Staff who may be working one to one or with small groups.
