This course focuses on creating a positive and productive classroom environment that supports student success. Participants will learn effective strategies for classroom setup, including optimal seating arrangements, organising materials, establishing routines, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Emphasis will be placed on classroom management techniques, promoting student engagement, and creating an inclusive space where all learners feel valued. By the end of this course, early career teachers will be equipped to set up a classroom that maximises learning potential and wellbeing.
