As a leader you will have responsibility for carrying change processes in your school. As an IEU member you will want to emphasise the importance of consultation and collaboration in the change process. In this session the presenter will work with participants to explore a model of change, that will include skills to analyse the change and key questions for you to ask yourself about how you respond to change and the impact of any proposed change on your colleagues. It will be helpful if you come to the session with a change proposal in mind; that will make it make it a practical session that directly assists you in your leadership role.
