This course is aimed at Reps who have some experience in the role of Rep and have completed Initial Rep Training. Training is provided across a range of areas, including activating the sub-branch in your school, being a workplace advocate and building strength through recruitment. 

Reps from Catholic schools are entitled to a day of paid union training leave each year, and Reps from independent schools should speak to their Organiser about the IEU covering replacement costs. 

Participation in this day is fundamental to your role as a sub-branch rep, and attendance is strongly encouraged.
