CRTPD: Mindfulness and Meditation for the Classroom

This full day, in person session provides educators with practical tools and techniques to introduce mindfulness and meditation practices in the classroom. Participants will learn simple yet effective strategies to help students manage stress, increase concentration, and build emotional resilience. Through guided exercises, educators will explore ways to integrate mindfulness into daily routines, fostering a calm, focused, and positive classroom environment.

By the end of the session, teachers will leave with a collection of mindful activities to implement immediately, empowering students to develop self-awareness and mental clarity for both academic and personal growth. This workshop offers a unique opportunity to connect and collaborate with fellow CRTs while enjoying refreshments in a relaxed, supportive environment.
