The interview is one more dimension of the process to be successful in obtaining a new job, whether at your current school or a new school. There are fundamental principles about interview preparation, presenting for an interview and answering questions that can lead you to success in interviews. The principles are the same whether you are applying for a teaching role, a leadership role or an ES role. There will be variations in how you approach an interview if it is at your current school compared to a new school and the interview process will be different for senior leadership roles. The presenter will cover the general principles for interviews and also explore some of the variations that might take place in an interview situation, so the session is open to all whatever the role you are applying for.
