Pay increases 2022-2025
The approved Agreement provides for significant increases in salary, and access to incremental pay points for the lowest paid staff at your school. All education support staff at Level One, will be automatically reclassified to Level Two.
Classification adjustments for all staff, increasing all salaries effective December 2021.
Eight 1% salary increases, every six months from January 2022 to July 2025
A lump sum payment to all employees encompassing Dec 2021 - June 2022 increases, which will be paid on a positive employee vote (prior to Fair Work Commission approval), and back-payment of the July 2022 increase.
For most staff, payment of a new position allowance equivalent to 1% of salary each December. This will attract superannuation and is paid in addition to existing leave loading entitlements.
Major improvements to the Education Support Staff classification scale, offering access to much higher pay points for staff at lower levels as well as a whole new classification level at the top of the scale.
Incorporation of SSO staff into the ES classification structure
Increases to Positions of Leadership payments and other allowances
CRT daily rates will increase to $423.23 (over 5% higher than government school rates)
