Work with an IEU Organiser and other Reps from your region to develop your skills and learn about your rights, your role and the structure of the union. Together we will formulate strategies for building the strength and size of your sub branch and for being an empowered workplace advocate.

Reps from Catholic schools are entitled to a day of paid leave for union training each year. Participation in this day is fundamental to your role as a Sub-branch Rep and your attendance is strongly encouraged.
