From warehouse workers, to local council employees, journalists, nurses and midwives, TAFE teachers, academics and more – the past year has seen union women standing up and taking industrial action to win at the bargaining table.

Union members have taken strike action in their fight to better working conditions on issues that are important to us all – from safe staffing, protection from the impacts of AI and workplace surveillance, job security, fair pay and more.

In the lead up to International Working Women’s Day come along to this online panel and hear from union women who fought collectively for their rights and won!

Hear from rank and file delegates and leaders from across the movement about their experience of taking industrial action, the importance of solidarity and collective action and what they’re most proud of.
