Enterprise bargaining is a team effort, and we encourage all IEU members involved in bargaining to participate in this in-depth training day.

This training explores the bargaining process in depth, featuring current examples of model claims, insights into work conditions that meet or improve on industry-standards, and proven strategies for constructive negotiations. Enterprise bargaining is more efficient and effective if everyone sitting around the table fully understands the process, and this training will help ensure that staff representatives understand their role and can participate constructively.
